How are the Bitcoin data centres in Russia?

Hey all! With all the problems occurring in China lately, I am thinking of moving my machines elsewhere. I have heard a few things about Russia and am quite interested. Does anyone have any advise or information on Russian facilities and what their experiences have been? Thank you!
